Easy Crochet Bucket Hat

Yesterday i tried to finish this 3pcs Bucket Hat
This is ordered by my co workers since they knew that im into crochet hobby.

They asked me if i can make a hat for them, because they go home late at night and they need a hat to cover their head for the dew.

And that is how i made this bucket hats😊

And now I'm going to share how i did this crochet bucket hat, this is a medium size for adult, and i got my size reference on Pinterest, if you like to see it, just click here

I used 4 1/2 pcs.of milk cotton yarn on this 3 pcs.bucket hat.
If you are going to make 1 for yourself, 2 pcs of 50grms of milk cotton(5ply)is enough.

Now Let's Start!

Materials :

Milk Cotton Yarns (5 ply)
5mm hook
Yarn needle
Scissor
Stitch Marker

Stitches and Abbreviations :

Mc - magic circle
Sc - single crochet
Inc - increase(2 sc on the same stitch)
Sl.st - slip stitch
Ch - chain
Rnd - Round

Gauge: 8 rounds, 4 inchess

Rnd 1
Start with a Mc, and make 6 sc

Note: I made continuous sc in every round, so it means no sl.st in every round, you just need a stitch marker to know where to stop counting in rounds. In my case, i used a small piece of different color of yarn as my stitch marker, because it is easy and fast to insert in every rounds. You just have to pull out the yarn when you're finish.

Rnd 2
Inc in every stitches(12)

Rnd 3
1 sc, inc on the next, repeat 6x(18)

Rnd 4
2 sc, inc.on the next, repeat 6x(24)

Rnd 5
3 sc, inc.on the next, repeat 6x(30)

Rnd 6
4sc,inc.on the next, 6x(36)

Rnd 7
5sc,inc.on the next, 6x(42)

Rnd 8
6sc,inc on the next st.,6x(48)

Check your gauge, it should be 4 inchess in Rnd 8.

Rnd 9
7sc,inc on the next st. 6x(54)

Rnd 10
8 sc, inc on the next st.6x(60)

Rnd 11
9sc, inc on the next st.6x(66)

Rnd 12
10sc,inc on the next st.6x(72)

Rnd 13
11 sc, inc on the next st. 6x(78)

Rnd 14
12 sc, inc on the next st. 6x(84)

I stop increasing here, coz this size fits me(medium size) if you are going to make a bigger size, especially for men, just continue increasing until you reach the crown width for large size(check here for crown width sizes)

Rnd 15-22
8 rounds of sc in each stitches. (84)

You can pull out the yarn marker.Sl.st.on the 1st st.of the next round. (yarn over, and sl.st the 2nd color)
